Outdoor storage is for boats, campers, RVs, trailers, and other approved vehicles. There are no vehicle size restrictions: you simply choose the space your vehicle fits in and pay that rate. Spaces run $50/month (10′ × 20′), $65 (10′ × 30′), $80 (10′ × 40′), and $100 (10′ × 50′).
No. The storage units do not have electricity and are not climate controlled. They are best suited for items that do not require power or temperature regulation.
Yes. Outdoor storage is assigned, so you have a designated space for your boat, camper, RV, or trailer.

Yes. Both indoor and outdoor storage require a security deposit equal to one month's rent. It is refunded in full once your account is paid in full and your unit or space is left clean and undamaged.
Outdoor storage is currently month to month. We plan to move to a six-month minimum in the future, but there is no minimum term required right now.
The property is being fenced with 24/7 gated entry, both expected to be complete by November. Security cameras are already installed and active, outdoor parking is assigned, and additional lighting is being added around the property.
Yes. Drivers working in Madison and the surrounding area can park a dump truck here overnight and take a personal vehicle home, then leave that vehicle in an assigned space during the workday. Pricing is still being finalized, so contact us for the current rate.
