Indoor units are available in two sizes: 10' × 10' at $65/month and 10' × 24' at $110/month. We also offer assigned outdoor storage for boats, campers, RVs, trailers, and other approved vehicles.
No. The storage units do not have electricity and are not climate controlled. They are best suited for items that do not require power or temperature regulation.

Yes. The property has 24/7 gated entry, so tenants can reach their storage whenever they need it.
Yes. Both indoor and outdoor storage require a security deposit equal to one month's rent. It is refunded in full once your account is paid in full and your unit or space is left clean and undamaged.
The property is being fenced with 24/7 gated entry, both expected to be complete by November. Security cameras are already installed and active, outdoor parking is assigned, and additional lighting is being added around the property.
